Local Plumbing and Restoration Company is looking for a full-time Office Assistant seeking long-term employment with growth opportunities, benefits and friendly team-centered work environment.

We are a Plumbing & Restoration company specializing in plumbing, water, and fire damage repair, serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. 

Essential Duties:

  • Provide clerical and secretarial support to others in the office too maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Respond to service request both by email and or/telephone
  • Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with scheduling appointments 
  • Report writing and business correspondence
.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in Restoration or Plumbing Industry 
  • Exceptional customer service, written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge Quickbooks is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-orientated office environment
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
