What you’ll do (day-to-day):
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, adjusters, general contractors and facility managers.
- Qualify incoming/referral opportunities and schedule mitigation crews quickly.
- Present service solutions, create estimates, and close B2B referral agreements.
- Track leads and pipeline in CRM; report weekly on activity and forecast.
- Attend trade/network events, run territory blitzes, and train partner staff on when/how to call us.
You’re a fit if you have:
- 2+ years outside B2B sales in trades/home services/insurance/restoration (preferred).
- Proven relationship-driven approach — you get warm introductions and turn them into repeat revenue.
- Clean driving record, valid CA driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
- Strong communicator, CRM familiarity, professional presentation skills.
- Self-starter who organizes their day, tracks metrics, and closes deals.
